Tako Tsubo
Creation of a modular typography for the album Tako Tsubo (2021), by L'Impératrice. Just like the band, the modules are organic, bold and futuristic. Their music, as electro as it is melancholic, inspired me to create this combination of bold and more delicate forms.
Tako-tsubo, from the Japanese word for "octopus trap", is a heart condition that occurs after emotional stress.
